Altum Capital acquires Johnstone House in AberdeenOctober 2014
Altum Capital has acquired a City Centre office building in Aberdeen via an off market transaction. Johnstone House is a 52,000 sq ft multi let office building in the West End, close to the main thoroughfare of Union Street. Tenants include the Scottish Government and Ledingham Chalmers LLP.
Scott Nicol of Altum Capital comments, “Johnstone House provides contemporary office suites to a range of businesses and average rents are at £26 per sq ft. The building is recently refurbished and has further potential for medium term asset management”.
Tenants include Arnlea Systems, Education Scotland, FRP Advisory, Global Maritime, Ocean Rig, Ledingham Chalmers LLP and The Scottish Government.
