Altum Capital acquires Hovis Bakery

Altum Capital has acquired a 32,586 sq ft Hovis bakery warehouse, with ancillary office accommodation, in South London, from Mansford Capital for £4,935,000.

The building, which is located in the London Borough of Merton, sits on Ellis Road in Mitcham and is let to Hovis Limited. The rent is £281,950 per annum and there is over 10 years remaining on the lease.
