Altum Capital acquires prominent Fitzrovia residential development

Altum Capital has acquired a Grade II listed building on Langham Street, Fitzrovia for residential redevelopment.

The prominent 16,546 sq ft building sits on a corner site at the junction of Langham Street and Great Portland Street. It has full planning permission and listed building consent for 17 luxury apartments and an A1/A3 unit at ground floor level.

Scott Nicol of Altum Capital comments, “The apartments will offer contemporary, high specification living spaces, incorporating the property’s elegant historic features. We will be appointing an architect and agents within the next couple of months and expect to complete the project in 2017.”
