Scott Nicol

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

A Co-Founder of Altum Capital, Scott has over 14 years’ real estate experience and has transacted in excess of £2.5 billion of UK & European property across both commercial and residential sectors.

Khaled Waleed Albuaijan


Khaled began his career with a leading Shariah compliant Private Equity house which oversaw $28bn of Asset under Management in the form of real estate, corporate and infrastructure globally. Khaled was a member of the North America corporate investment team where they were mandated to acquire, grow and exit target assets on behalf of the bank and their investors.

Tom Ketley

Director – Asset Management

Tom is responsible for all asset management functions, including strategic management, leasing and value enhancement opportunities across the portfolio. He has 13 years commercial property experience which includes consultancy and client-side Asset
Management having worked with International Development Companies, Local and Government Authorities and Private Investors and Developers.

Jack McCarron

Investment Manager

Jack is an Investment Manager at Altum Capital, who focuses on sourcing, analysing and structuring UK transactions, as well as managing the due diligence and funding process.

Gemma Stubbings

Financial Controller

Gemma leads Altum’s finance team and has responsibility for all corporate matters as well as the financing and financial control of Altum’s investment and development portfolio.

Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Emily Edmonstone is the Executive Assistant & Office Manager for Altum Capital, providing support to the Partners and also manages the London office.

Junior Financial Controller

Swati is the Junior Financial Controller at Altum Capital, focusing portfolio accounting, assisting with the preparation of financial reports and regulatory reporting.
